I'm Gretchen Berke, a Connecticut Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Sex Therapist. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate sex, intimacy, desire, relationships, infidelity and the challenges that can arise when sexuality and connection become complicated. My approach is warm, direct, honest and nonjudgemental. I believe you should be able to talk openly about the things that are hardest to say out loud, without shame, judgment or having to pretend everything is fine. At Heart and Soul Therapy, you'll find a private, welcoming space where you can be completely yourself and have the conversations you may not feel comfortable having anywhere else.
